Somafina, a firm under the umbrella of Heartwood Partners, has acquired UST Corporation, a contract manufacturer specialising in vitamins, minerals, and supplements, for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Layton, Utah, UST provides comprehensive services to its clientele, encompassing everything from formulation and product development to manufacturing and packaging.
Moreover, UST boasts an internally ISO-certified testing laboratory, highlighting its commitment to the scientific and quality-driven production of advanced supplement varieties and formats.
