Z Trim new emulsifier is claimed to deliver important health benefits as well as "outstanding" microencapsulation properties. Biofiber Gum (BFG) is a soluble dietary fibre additive with potential uses in the food, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals industries.
Its manufacturer claims that this is the first time this ingredient has been made on this scale and has already filed several patents protecting its makeup, manufacturing and likely applications.
