Omega Ingredients targets chefs with its new range

The flavourful range includes: Real Wasabi Powder, Wasabi Spirit, Yuzu Oil, Kombu, Oyster Extract, Lemon Verbena Extract, English Elderflower Extract, Spanish Saffron Extract and Horseradish Snow.

Owner founder, Steve Pearce commented: "We can make almost any flavour or aroma you can think of and we relish an unusual or bespoke project. Pearce is a biochemist with over 30 years' sector experience is trusted by global sector leaders to inform them on the scientific possibilities and probabilities, trends and predictions in flavours, fragrances and ingredients innovation.

Bubble Food's head chef, Alejandro Diaz, spent time with Steve Pearce in the Omega Ingredients' laboratory creating gastronomic sensations to meet the requirements of Bubble Food's clientele: "We first got in touch with Steve at Omega Ingredients to help us develop a range of high quality food perfumes for a private client. We have subsequently used these perfumes and other ingredients from their range such as pink peppercorn essence and wasabi powder, in other dishes to add further dimensions of flavour intensity and to increase the sensory experience for the consumer."
