HighPost Capital has announced a substantial investment in Equip Foods, a company known for its protein supplements made from real food ingredients.
Equip Foods, established in 2015 by Dr Anthony Gustin, offers a range of supplements, including Prime Protein, a grass-fed beef protein powder. The product is noted for its 21 grams of protein per serving and is free from dairy, making it easier to digest.
Equip Foods aims to provide consumers with high-quality, simple, and clean food supplements that undergo rigorous testing for purity.
Equip Foods was founded with the goal of offering real food supplements to health-conscious consumers. Dr Anthony Gustin, a former sports rehabilitation clinician, has previously founded several companies in the health sector.
Equip Foods’ flagship product, Prime Protein, is recognised for containing all nine essential amino acids, collagen, gelatin, B12, and iron.

The investment from HighPost Capital is expected to support Equip Foods in expanding its market presence and product offerings. However, the financial terms of the investment have not been disclosed.
Legal counsel for HighPost Capital was provided by Morrison Cohen, while Equip Foods was represented by Lippes Matthias.
