Hleks - Pop with quality

Popping candy was reinvented in 1998 and patented by Semih Erden, a food ingredient veteran. In co-partnership with Ferhan Tezcan, who had been a friend since their college days in the 1970s, they founded Hleks.

Popping candy is produced by applying CO2 under super-atmospheric pressure to sugar, creating an innovative taste sensation: the popping effect in the mouth.

Totally dedicated to innovative solutions, Hleks has a range of products that varies in colour, flavour and size for coating, cereal and chocolate with no hydrogenated fat. It is a company that focuses on continuously developing new projects, and offering products with non-GMO ingredients that are gluten-free and only contain natural colours.
