Univar Food Ingredients, an ingredient distributor and provider of value-added services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), has entered into a distribution agreement with Bunge Lecithin & Specialty Ingredients (LSI). Under the agreement, Univar will distribute LSI's high-quality brand of BungeMaxx™ lecithin across Switzerland, the UK, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The BungeMaxx ingredient range consists of premium lecithin from soya, rapeseed and sunflower seeds, fulfilling the highest of quality standards. BungeMaxx is suitable for a range of applications including confectionery, bakery, oil, fats and more.
